I did a more revamping since the last update and ended up deleting another layout. It was an I-frame that I couldn’t get to work in both IE or Firefox. Graphics wise, there’s a new design made a long time ago, coded recently.

Recently my cutenews has been spammed a lot more than in the past. Nothing I do seems to stop it. I even tried installing captcha for cutenews, only to have it work in IE and not in Firefox. So over the next few days I’ll be switching to wordpress, hopefully.

The quotes are back up. I never feel comfortable with them being gone from the site, since AExA first started as a quote archive site. But I haven’t really fixed up the pages properly — I will though, by the next update.

Commenting and comments have been disabled until then. Thanks to April, commenting is now back up. She uses Captcha for her blog as well, and directed me to http://www.protectwebform.com. Originally, I had followed the steps to install at CutePHP’s forum (and what a nightmare that was). I’m so relieved to have it working.. now let’s see if it actually keeps the spambots away. // EDIT
