Comments: This I-frame was supposed to be scrapbook like with everything everywhere. The navigation was a javascript. The brushes were from Hybrid Genesis. It didn't work so well.. which didn't stop me for having it up for months together. |
Version: Deception

Comments: My first Pop-Up layout. The polaroids on the right served as a recent design feature, affiliate marquee and more links from clicking on the horizontal menu - which were image mapped with hover effects. It took a while to load, but I love the effect. Image from Aethereality and brushes from Magic Box. |
Version: I Remember

Comments: My first Table layout. Actually, an Iframe nested in a Table. Brushes from Appassionato. It didn't work in Firefox and I wasn't that bothered because IE was all I used. The links were image-mapped with hover effects. Except there were no indications that the leaves on the left were links. |
Version: Pages Through Time

Comments: My first Iframe + Div Layout. I don't know why I chose to make it that way. It took me forever to achieve that aged paper look in the content and navigation areas in PSP. The worst part would be that the content used to scroll when in retrospect I realize I never really needed the Iframe. Image was from AdvancedAnime. |
Version: Fallen Angel

Comments: This one was very simple two-columned navigation layout that followed two premades.. The image was from Boyis. I loved the color combination and thought the mosaic effect that I created in PSP was really cool, at that time. Downsiders? The blinking bullets, the small content space and small text size. |

Comments: This is the first ever layout that I designed for AExA. Till this day, I still love it. Made in PSP, it was more of a collaboration of ideas - both mine and my sisters'. When it started out, AExA was just a collection of random quotes and each page linked to a page on another server, almost as if it were a different site. |
